Acheiving Success Through

5 Outcome Areas

All children deserve equitable opportunities for success. To make it possible, we need to support not only children, but all the adults who care for them. And we need to implement strategies to improve each aspect of our early learning system.

The Washington State Early Learning Coordination Plan (ELCP) is designed to meet that challenge.

ABOUT

The Plan

The ELCP is a comprehensive, outcome-driven plan designed to guide our early learning system towards the goals that matter most to our children, families, and the professionals who support them.

Built by parents, caregivers, and early care and education professionals, it aims to support families, eliminate systemic racism, elevate early care and education professionals, and foster healthy development and school readiness.
